Dailora can be used locally without signing in. In that mode, task content stays on the device unless you intentionally contact support or enable a feature handled by another system service.

Google accountOptional: name, email address, Google user ID and profile photo for sign-in and account management.

Task contentOptional cloud sync may include tasks, notes, categories, reminders, subtasks, templates and preferences.

Photos and filesOnly the attachments you actively select. They may be included in optional cloud synchronization.

Technical identifiersFirebase may process app or installation identifiers, synchronization timestamps and security information.

Voice inputYour system speech provider processes voice after you tap the microphone. Dailora receives text and does not intentionally retain raw audio.

Support dataEmail address and message content when you submit a support or deletion request.

Security and control

Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore support optional account access and synchronization. The Android operating system may provide notifications, alarms, file selection and speech recognition. Website hosting and email services process support requests.

Data sent to cloud services is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Google sign-in and cloud synchronization are optional.
Dailora does not sell personal data or display behavioural ads.
You can delete the account inside the app or request deletion through the website.
Dailora may retain up to five rotating cloud snapshots for safer recovery.
