Delete account
Delete your Dailora account
Delete the account immediately inside the Dailora app, or use this page if you cannot access the app. This does not delete your Google account.
In the app: Settings → Google account and cloud backup → Delete account. Confirm twice to permanently delete the Dailora Firebase account, cloud data and local tasks on that device.
What will be deleted
- Firebase authentication identity associated with Dailora
- Cloud-synchronized tasks, categories, reminders, notes, subtasks, templates and settings
- Selected attachments synchronized with task data
- Dailora-managed cloud backup snapshots associated with your account
What may be retained
Support and deletion correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months, or longer when legally required. Limited security and transactional logs may remain with service providers under their own retention schedules.
We normally complete verified requests within 7 days and no later than 30 days unless law requires a different period.
Do not include your Google password or authentication codes. We will never ask for them.
